Dynaco was a company that delivered solid audio performance, reliability, and value to audio buffs on a budget. Although they sold products well into the 70's, the vacuum tube components they offered in the 60's have won a place in collectors hearts (and ears) all over the world. They provided respectable alternatives to the rather expensive Marantz, Fisher, and McIntosh brands that dominated the "high end" of the day. The audio transformers used in their amplifiers were a large contributor to their success. Many modifications have been devised over the years to further improve the performance of these legendary wonders.
